Alinda Kokkinou is Associate professor of Digitalization for Impactful Value Chains at the Impactful Value Chains professorship.
Career
Alinda completed the Hotel School in The Hague and subsequently obtained her Masters in International Hospitality Management at ESSEC in France. In 2010, she obtained her PhD in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management and Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University. After a few years at NHTV, she has been working as an International Business teacher at ASIS since 2012.

 

Expertise

Alinda’s expertise is Operational Excellence in services, especially process improvement and KPIs. She also teaches research methods and intercultural competencies. Her current research interest lies in the success factors for continuous improvement in an international context. She is interested in the consequences of cultural differences on the uniform application of improvement programs in international organizations.
