Projects Officer Research
At BWNO, Eline works as a Research Project Officer, where she contributes to the development and monitoring of various research projects. As a consultant and researcher in higher education, she has extensive experience in identifying new opportunities, bringing partners together, and developing and implementing (research) projects.
Expertise
Eline brings to BWNO a background in both higher education and the funding landscape. She has previously worked not only as a strategic consultant in universities of applied sciences, but also as a funding advisor for the higher education sector. In the latter role, she supported researchers in developing projects and drafting the corresponding grant proposals.
Career
In her role as academic advisor, Eline spent several years working within a research group at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. There, she not only shared her expertise in funding, but also conducted applied research. This took place within the Research Group on Diversity Issues, which aligns well with her academic background in Management of Cultural Diversity. Within this research group, she conducted studies on bias and unequal opportunities in the Dutch labor market. Her work led to various interventions that organizations can implement to become more inclusive.
